  • Equipment sold by Kazien is fully-guaranteed and comes with a standard 1 year warranty. Only retail, end-user customers are eligible for the one-year standard warranty. Wholesale customers including brokers, resellers, etc., receive a 30-day warranty. The standard non-transferable warranty date shall begin on the date of shipment.

  • Our used/refurbished products are fully tested and tech certified. Limited 8x5 technical support from our highly skilled technicians is immediately available on all pre-owned equipment. Advanced troubleshooting is only available to customers who have purchased a Kaizen support contract or extended warranty contract.

  • In the unlikely event that equipment purchased from Kobian does not work properly we will promptly repair or replace it.

  • Kaizen also offers extended warranty programs.
